HFID Title

The Health Insurance Relations Section is responsible for the following:

Implementation of department plans on continuous education to instill confidence and elevate awareness of various stakeholders of the health insurance system in coordination with the concerned administrative units
Supervising and overseeing service level requirements mandated by international standards at the health insurance call center at the Ministry, private insurance companies, claims companies and health service provider
Development and implementation of grievance procedures and receiving of complaints and inquiries from all parties to the insurance relationship and to work with the competent authorities to resolve them
Content development and update of the department webpage at the Ministry's website in coordination with the concerned administrative units
Conducting surveys to determine satisfaction levels of various parties of the insurance scheme and identify areas of improvements
